Academic Board. He was also instrumental in the school achieving its first positive Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

dual-degree program (MBA plus a second Masters degree) offered by any business school globally. In 2014,
Dr. Dosanjh co-designed the implementation of a leadership program for which the school won the AMBA
Innovation Award. His impact as a mentor and leader increased the academic rigour at Hult, and this achieved
with a practical outcome in mind with the design of eight new specialisations and an external partnership
program offering students the opportunity to solve real-time business problems. This was achieved as a result
of Dr. Dosanjh’s initiation and maintenance of sustainable relationships with Fortune 500 companies, FTSE 100,
Before being named global dean, Dr. Dosanjh was dean at Hult’s London Campus (2011-2015), where he oversaw
the academic operations, standards, and programs. He was also charged with building the campus; hiring 15
faculty, two associate deans, and other support staff; and extending the school’s external-facing relationships.
Dr. Dosanjh was associate dean (2010-2011), and an adjunct faculty member (2007-2010). Dr. Dosanjh’s most
recent contribution to the school was bringing technology into the classrooms.
